Music Album: No Mercy by T.I.

No Mercy was TI's latest album before he went back to jail for drug possession. After listening to this album, all I can say is that T.I. continues to show his growth and improvement as a musician and an entertainer. It seems that, with every album that T.I. releases, he shows more improvement and creativity with its direction, its content and its production.

This album is good but I doubt that it will be well-received, mainly because his audience are focusing more on his personal life as oppose to supporting his music. His new stint in jail will definitely have an impact on the receipt and success of this record, but this album boasts of songs that have the potential to show T.I. fans that he is still a genius musically. With songs like Get Back Up (featuring Chris Brown), Got Your Back (featuring Keri Hilson), That's All She Wrote (featuring Eminem) and a number of others, I strongly believe that dedicated fans will continue support him and stand by him, just like Kanye West fans stood by him after his hiatus from music.
