Lady GaGa, quite literally, performed on the moon at the MTV EMAs, where she also collected four trophies. Performing while sitting on a moon sculpture and wearing some insane hat/eye thing (that's the technical name for it, OK!), Lady GaGa also picked up four out of the six MTV EMA categories she was nominated for.
She picked up Best Female, Best Song and Best Video for Born This Way and Biggest Fans Award, a brand new award that celebrates artists with the most committed fanbase.
Justin Bieber won two awards - Best Male and Best Pop, while his girlfriend Selena Gomez hosted the whole shindig, she did not do a great job but she did quite an impressive one.
Katy Perry was presented with the award for Best Live Act while Jessie J presented a moving video tribute to the late Amy Winehouse.
