Music Album: Sorry For The Party Rocking by LMFAO

LMFAO are most popularly known for the dance/club hit, I’m In Miami... Bitch and most recently featuring in David Guetta’s hit song, No Getting Over You along with Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas. Finally they have delivered their own album, Sorry for the Party Rocking which features their hit single, Party Rock Anthem which has been embraced by millions of listeners around the world and has become a dance/club favourite.

Sorry for the Party Rocking, is as expected as it is. It is no suprise that this querky group would embrace the dance/club genre of music. From beginning to finish, the album is filled with club-friendly songs which make use of the horns and snares that are heard in most of the dance/club records that artists are experimenting with nowadays. The direction of the album is very playful and loud, but there are signs of sanity on songs like We Came Here to Party, Best Night and the Lionel Richie sampled, All Night Long.

There is no wow factor about this album. It is just another collection of club-friendly songs that somewhat sound like no vision was considered in its recording. However, just like other dance-infused albums, if you like to party like there’s no tomorrow, this is another album for your collection.
